The OpportunityWe are partnering with organizations in Holt that are seeking Robotics Technicians. Key Responsibilities- Install, set up, and calibrate robotic systems and peripheral equipment.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on industrial robots.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robotic cells.
- Execute repairs and replace faulty components in robotic systems.
- Program and fine-tune robot paths, logic, and teach points for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor robot performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Document all maintenance, repair, and calibration activities accurately.
- Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
- Strong understanding of PLC logic, ladder diagrams, and HMI interfaces for automation systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
- Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with industrial safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Proficiency in robot simulation software (e.g., Robot Studio, KUKA.Sim) or CAD tools.
- Familiarity with data analytics for predictive maintenance or process optimization.
- Basic understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
