• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related production issues and deviations.
• Develop, implement, and document new manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to monitor and improve performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process transfers.
• Design and execute experiments to validate process changes and new technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role.
• Proficiency in process optimization techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze process data, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Familiarity with process control systems, P&IDs, and manufacturing safety standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with automation systems (PLCs, SCADA) or robotics
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for manufacturing modules
• CAD proficiency (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid Works) for process layout and equipment design
