Operations Manager — Night Shift

Location:

Holt, MI

Schedule:

Night Shift; 6 pm – completion

• Operational Excellence
  :
  Oversee all aspects of night shift operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving. Partner with transportation and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization.

Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions with supervisors to translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Compliance & Safety

  Ensure adherence to DEA, OSHA, and McKesson regulatory standards. Champion a culture of safety through training, monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support transparency and audit readiness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent experience in warehouse distribution.
• 6 years of operational experience, preferably in large‑scale distribution environments; 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, and material‑handling equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to build trust across teams and departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
• Familiarity with lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
• Knowledge of DEA and OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.

Base Pay Range: $66,000 – $110,000
