Operations Manager — Night Shift

Holt, MI
Schedule:
Night Shift; 6 pm – completion

Oversee all aspects of night shift operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving. Partner with transportation and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization. - Culture & Engagement

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by fostering a workforce that reflects McKesson’s commitment to belonging and respect. Reinforce a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions with supervisors to translate metrics into actionable insights. - Compliance & Safety
:
Ensure adherence to DEA, OSHA, and McKesson regulatory standards. Champion a culture of safety through training, monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support transparency and audit readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent experience in warehouse distribution.
- 6 years of operational experience, preferably in large‑scale distribution environments; 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, and material‑handling equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to build trust across teams and departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
- Familiarity with lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
- Knowledge of DEA and OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
Base Pay Range: $66,000 – $110,000
