Production Mechanic - 3rd Shift (Onsite)

Shift: Sunday – Thursday 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

• Cut, size, and measure composite materials in accordance with process sheet instructions.
• Disassemble and assemble aircraft components.
• Manipulate state‑of‑the‑art materials by stretching and heating to secure them to molds.
• Perform composite and metal fabrication and finishing work to extremely tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret blueprints and other technical data.
• Work any shift, including first, second, third, and weekends.
• Use basic computer skills and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 months experience in a manufacturing environment or completed A&P certification.
• 3 months experience with body work and painting, machine metal and hand tools, or composite materials (fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar).
• 3 months experience in welding and electronics.
