• Perform welding operations using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) on metal components.
• Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work orders to determine appropriate welding procedures.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications using measuring tools.
• Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and positioning components.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment safely and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with welding equipment and processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards.

• Proficiency in common welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) and equipment.
• AWS D1.1 or equivalent welding certifications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Experience with various metal types (e.g., steel, stainless steel, aluminum).

• Experience with advanced welding processes (e.g., robotic welding, laser welding).
• Proficiency in fabricating and fitting metal components prior to welding.
• Ability to operate forklifts or overhead cranes.
• Knowledge of basic quality inspection techniques and common weld defect identification.
• Experience welding exotic materials such as stainless steel or aluminum.
