In-Home Sales Consultant at 1-800 Hansons, LLC

Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

What you’ll be doing :
  • Run 1–2 appointments per day (with opportunities to add more) within a 60‑mile radius of the Lansing, MI office.
  • Educate customers on our quality products and services in their homes.
  • Use AI tools to provide accurate exterior measurements and interactive visual tools, giving customers confidence in the process.
  • Offer a quote within the customer’s budget and begin financial assistance if needed.
  • Close sales at an average rate of 30% or more by identifying customer needs and delivering a 5‑star experience.
What we are looking for:
  • Strong customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Self‑starter with a 1099 subcontractor mindset—providing your own vehicle and iPad.
  • Strong work ethic and drive to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset to control your own earnings.
