In-Home Sales Consultant at 1-800 Hansons, LLC
Base Pay Range$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

We offer pre‑screened appointments, a flexible schedule, uncapped commissions earning up to $150k in the first year and up to $300k+ as a top performer, continuous development opportunities, and a highly reputable company that values growth.

- Average first‑year earnings of $80k - $150k+
- Top performers earn up to $300k+
- Pre‑qualified appointments with commission starting at 15%
- Double commission opportunities on self‑generated leads
- Ability to sell all of our products (windows, roofing, siding, gutters, gutter protection, and bath/shower)
- Weekly pay via direct deposit on Fridays
- Flexibility in appointment times to fit your daily routine
- Collaboration with 5 lenders for financing options
- AI tools to simplify sales demonstrations and enhance customer experience
- Quick internal growth opportunities
- Run 1–2 appointments per day (with opportunities to add more) within a 60‑mile radius of the Lansing, MI office.
- Educate customers on our quality products and services in their homes.
- Use AI tools to provide accurate exterior measurements and interactive visual tools, giving customers confidence in the process.
- Offer a quote within the customer’s budget and begin financial assistance if needed.
- Close sales at an average rate of 30% or more by identifying customer needs and delivering a 5‑star experience.
- Strong customer service and/or sales experience.
- Self‑starter with a 1099 subcontractor mindset—providing your own vehicle and iPad.
- Strong work ethic and drive to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- An entrepreneurial mindset to control your own earnings.
