Our Get Volts team (a subsidiary of Prairie Band, LLC) is hiring for two Electrical Foreman for our Prairie Band LLC, Travel Plaza located on the 150 & 75 highway outside of Mayetta, KS, currently under construction.
Major Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of the electrical technicians and apprentices.
- Responsible for creating materials list as relevant to assigned projects.
- Plan and organize daily tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
- Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute installations.
- Monitor project process and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any deviations from the schedule or budget.
- Must possess Electrical Journeyman Certification or equivalent licensure.
- Have proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the electrical industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes.
- Must have previous experience in construction electrical installation.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and good driving record.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment tests (background and drug screen).
- Willing to work extended and varied shifts as required.
- Must be able to climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel frequently and stand for long periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
