You will maintain resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, office and surrounding areas according to housekeeping standards and procedures, while providing a friendly, courteous and positive attitude. You will regularly engage with residents, families, guests, and team members in a professional manner. Cleaning assigned areas of the community will be performed according to the guidelines set by the Director of Housekeeping. Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs).

• A pleasant and courteous demeanor when interacting with peers, supervisors, guests, residents, and management.
• Swift yet thorough cleaning practices.
• Experience in restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, hospitality or similar industry is a plus.
• Experience working with a senior population is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling demanding customers.
• Proficient in communicating in English.
• Adaptability to different personality types and situations in positive ways.
• Reliability, caring, and positive demeanor in all actions.
• Respect for the elderly and calmness at all times.
