Senior Program Manager

Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $60.00/hr

• Drive execution of solutions inclusive of concept definition, requirements validation, architecture specification, and governance compliance to our Application Lifecycle Management framework.
• Demonstrate the ability to see cross-functional impacts of decisions and project plans and execution; balance scope, schedule and budget considerations to adjust the project with minimal impact to the business.
• Understand the business objectives of the program and assume personal accountability for success of the program against those objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, increase efficiency and accelerate time to market.
• Lead system integration planning, release management, and planning for demonstrations, proof of concepts and pilots.
• Lead creating cross‑functional work streams and driving execution for sales enablement, development and deployment.
• Independently build relationships and work across all relevant areas of the solution business including Sales, Services, IT, Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Organize and present business, technical and program reviews/status to Senior Leadership using dashboards and JIRA agile project management tools.
• Independently coordinate deliverables and project assets to assist the project team.
• Anticipate and address obstacles or issues that are moderate to significant in severity and escalates complex issues to management for assistance.
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of development processes and product launch scope and activities.
• Experience in bringing SaaS solutions to the market, including driving all necessary GTM support relative to sales, services, marketing, licensing, etc.

• Bachelor's degree required, 15+ years Engineering/Program management and Agile experience for products in fast‑paced environment.
• Strong full life cycle Technical Program Management experience with strong communication skills up to the ELT level.
• Experience and past responsibility for multiple significant solution offerings delivered‑to‑market for SaaS based offerings.
• Experience with production agile flow processes and standard tool sets such as JIRA/Confluence and the MS Office Suite.

• Expertise with any SaaS Cloud development and Software/Services development integration – GCP is preferred.
• Expertise working independently and as part of a team to solve difficult technical, quality, cost, and schedule challenges, expert in risk management practices.
• Strong strategic leadership and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Solid critical thinking and questioning skills.
• Experience leading large cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated, results driven, manages risks, and thrives in an environment of uncertainty and continuous innovation.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $55.00 - $60.00/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
