Busser – Job Responsibilities

• Pre-bussing while guests are in the bays
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare them for new guests
• Provide exceptional guest service by being attentive and responsive to guest needs
• Empty bus carts in dish area and replace with empty carts regularly
• Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the venue, including sweeping and cleaning as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Work collaboratively with other associates to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining and gaming experience for guests

• Ensure prompt delivery of food orders to the correct tables
• Provide exceptional guest service by being attentive and responsive to guest needs
• Monitor and replenish condiments and supplies as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff
• Work collaboratively with other associates to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining and gaming experience for guests
• Provide excellent guest service and address guest needs
• Assist in clearing and cleaning tables when required

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
• No specific prior experience required; training will be provided
