We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Holtsville, NY as a Pallet Management Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sorting, separating, loading, and unloading pallets efficiently and safely. Experience with operating a reach truck is required for this position.

• Sort and separate pallets according to product type and destination.
• Load and unload pallets from trucks and storage areas.
• Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to move pallets within the warehouse.
• Inspect pallets for damage and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with inventory management and documentation as needed.

• Proven experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy pallets safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
