Overview

We're looking for a Conduct and Compliance Manager to join our team in Magden Park, Llantrisant. This is an office‑based role where you'll play a key part in ensuring we meet the highest standards of compliance and governance. You'll work with a team of 165 colleagues who specialise in commercial insurance products for small and medium‑sized businesses across the UK. How

you'll make an impact
  • Ensure Consumer Duty principles are embedded across the business.
  • Monitor and report on Errors & Omissions (E&O) and risk events, taking action and highlighting trends.
  • Oversee adherence to Product Governance protocols and Fair Value assessments.
  • Build strong relationships with teams and partners to ensure smooth delivery and support.
  • Oversee complaint reporting and drive improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Stay up to date with FCA regulations and share updates with the business.
  • Provide monthly risk reports to senior leaders, including trend analysis and action plans.
  • Work with the Learning & Development Manager to identify and address training needs.

  • You've worked in a regulated environment and understand compliance practices.
  • You're organized, detail‑focused, and thrive under pressure.
  • You're confident working independently but know when to ask for support.
  • You're a strategic thinker with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
  • You have strong analytical skills and can turn data into actionable insights.
  • You're empathetic, with sound judgement and a focus on customer outcomes.
  • You're a clear communicator, both in writing and in person.
  • You're proficient in Microsoft Office and eligible to work in the UK.
