Rugby Borough Council is seeking a Housing Maintenance and Voids Surveyor on a fixed-term 2-year contract. The role delivers maintenance, repair and improvement services to tenants, working with tenants, contractors and colleagues to achieve high-quality outcomes.
You will inspect properties, investigate disrepair cases, prepare tender docs, and support legal processes. A building surveying or related qualification is preferred, with strong social housing experience.
