Join Our Team as a Paediatric Registered Nurse – Make a Real Difference!

Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our new client with complex needs in Anglesey as a Nurse Team Leader.

36 hours per week, 2 x 12 hour shifts on rota and 12 hours for administration/Team Leader duties.

Shift Times - 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am waking night shifts.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a team of Support Workers, who will be caring for a 5-year-old girl who has complex needs including cerebral palsy, dystonia, epilepsy, visual impairment, jejunal feeding, suctioning and oxygen. We're looking for someone with previous experience in complex care with children and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

Our client lives at home with her family and enjoys sensory play and water, including hydrotherapy. Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.

What We’re Looking For

Due to the client's needs, we’re seeking a Registered Nurse with:

  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Complex clinical experience including Jejunal feeding and suctioning.
  • Agenuine passion for care and making a difference
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
  • Reliable, committed, and flexible approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You will be highly confident managing a team of support workers and working closely with the Clinical Lead and Field Care Manager in the region.
