HR Administrator (3-Month Temporary Contract)

Holyhead
Salary: £14.50 per hour
Hours:
37 hours per week with flexible working and core hours
Duration: 3-month temporary contract
Working Pattern:
Primarily office-based, 5 days per week on-site
We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on an initial 3-month temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration experience, particularly within HR or a professional services environment, who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting professional correspondence, including offer letters and employee communications
- Managing benefits-related inbox queries and responding in a timely and professional manner
- Processing and maintaining documentation and records accurately
- Following and updating established processes and procedures
- Supporting the wider HR and administration function with day-to-day tasks
- Liaising confidently with employees and stakeholders across the business
- Ensuring a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail at all times
- Previous HR or administrative experience is desirable
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft professional letters and documents
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with people at all levels
- Resilient, proactive and able to work independently
- Experience working in a legal, HR or highly regulated environment would be advantageous
Occasional travel may be required, including visits to vessels and attendance at quarterly team meetings in locations such as Dublin and South Wales
This role is fully office-based and requires attendance on-site 5 days per week
