This strategic and highly collaborative role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to Regional Ports & Terminals management on all matters relating to Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE). You’ll help ensure our management systems not only meet regulations and ISO standards, but are consistently applied, understood and embedded throughout our operations.

Some Of Your

  • Maintain and update Environmental Risk Registers at ISO‑accredited sites.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc safety and ISPS inspections, report findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Investigate accidents and near‑miss events, identifying root causes and recommending improvements.
  • Identify training and certification needs to support local practices and legislative requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Group Head of Port Safety & Security and the wider Ports & Terminals management team.
What You Will Experience

You’ll join a supportive, close‑knit HSSE team that values partnership, trust and doing things the right way. This is an environment where your ideas matter, your expertise is respected, and where your contribution can genuinely shape safer operations.

You’ll work across multiple ports and terminals, building strong relationships with colleagues in different regions and functions. Expect a highly collaborative atmosphere where we learn from each other, challenge ourselves, and share a common purpose: keeping people safe and protecting the environments we operate in.

This is a role where you can grow, influence meaningful change, and help embed safer and more sustainable ways of working across our network.
