. Ideal Candidate My client is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Systems Co-Ordinator. They are looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Systems role within a regulated manufacturing environment. Qualified Internal Auditor status (essential). Previous responsibility for internal audits, CAPAs, deviations, change control and customer quality investigations. Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. Experience dealing directly with customers on quality matters. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
GMP experience (desirable). Degree or equivalent in a science, engineering or manufacturing discipline (desirable).
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the internal QMS audit programme. Conduct internal audits and ensure audit actions are completed. Lead and support investigations into non-conformances, deviations and quality issues. Manage the Change Control process. Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, providing timely responses. Monitor and verify CAPAs, including effectiveness checks. Support risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide Quality support to New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
Participate in line trials and first production reviews from a Quality perspective. Review and approve packing specifications. Support Product Quality Reviews (PQRs). Attend customer meetings as the Quality representative where required.
Essential Criteria Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems role. Are qualified and experienced Internal Auditors. Have experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment. Have experience managing quality systems, investigations and CAPAs. Are confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders. Have the legal right to work in the UK, with permanent work status preferred.
