Pathos Communications is hiring ambitious B2B Sales Closers from the UK and Ireland to relocate to Dubai and join our growing international sales team. This is a pure closing role. There is no cold calling, prospecting or lead generation .

Qualified appointments are booked directly into your diary by our dedicated SDR team, allowing you to focus on conducting consultations, building relationships and closing deals. The Role You will conduct Zoom consultations with entrepreneurs, founders, executives and business owners across the UK, North America and other international markets. You will take the time to understand each prospect’s business, goals and challenges before demonstrating how our PR and media solutions can help them build their profile, credibility and commercial reach. Our sales cycle moves quickly, so this opportunity is best suited to confident closers who can think commercially, handle objections effectively and guide clients towards a decision.

Your Responsibilities Conduct Zoom consultations with qualified prospects Research each prospect and their industry before meetings Build relationships with entrepreneurs, founders and business owners Present our award-winning Pay on Results PR model Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the decision-making process Maintain accurate records and follow-up activity Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets What We’re Looking For A minimum of two years’ sales experience A proven record of achieving or exceeding targets Strong closing, objection-handling and relationship-building skills Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers over Zoom The ability to succeed within a fast-paced, performance-led environment A genuine interest in relocating to Dubai Experience in high-ticket sales or shorter sales cycles is highly desirable.

We are particularly interested in candidates from B2B sales, recruitment, property, SaaS, media, automotive or financial services. Earnings Basic salary of AED 6,000–12,000 per month, approximately £15,000–£29,000 annually, depending on experience Uncapped monthly commission Realistic OTE of AED 30,000–40,000 per month Equivalent annual earning potential of approximately £73,000–£98,000 No personal income tax on employment earnings in the UAE Your performance directly determines your earning potential, with no cap on commission.
