Holyoke, MA | Full-Time, Onsite | Permanent Role
$52,000 – $72,800/year
Do you know your way around a print shop and love keeping customers, vendors, and production teams on the same page? We’re looking for a Customer Service & Purchasing Manager with commercial printing experience to keep orders moving, materials stocked, and customers happy!
What You’ll Do:- Manage customer orders from inquiry to final delivery.
- Prepare estimates and quotes and ensure accurate order entry.
- Purchase paper, envelopes, and production supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
- Monitor inventory and build strong vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with prepress, digital and offset printing, bindery, finishing, and shipping teams.
- Keep production schedules, customer expectations, and material needs aligned.
- Experience working in a commercial printing company is a must!
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple orders and deadlines without missing the details.
- Familiarity with print specifications, production processes, and purchasing.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
