- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of medical or dental office experience
- 3-5 years of managerial experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of billing codes and insurance plans (preferred)
- Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix, Denticon) (preferred)
- 1 virtual/phone interview & 1 in‑person interview
