This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Early Childhood Director located in Holyoke, MA. The Early Childhood Director will oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to state and educational standards, and provide leadership support to staff. Responsibilities include managing enrollment, managing curriculum development, ensuring the safety and well‑being of children, mentoring educators, and fostering communication with staff and families.

• Strong skills in communication, both verbal and written
• Expertise in educational leadership and guidance of team members
• Understanding of elementary education principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining compliance with licensing and accreditation standards
• A degree in early childhood education, elementary education, or a related field is required
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Prior experience in a leadership or director role in education, preferably in early childhood
• MA EEC Director Certification
