The Role:
Relationship Manager (RM)

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the heart of client relationships
, working alongside Managing Directors and Wealth Advisors to ensure exceptional client service. You’ll be the go-to partner for communication, problem-solving, and seamless account management while helping support client growth and retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the liaison between our world-class advisors and HNW clientele
  • Provide a welcoming and professional client experience in-person and over the phone
  • Research and resolve complex client issues with accuracy and care
  • Support meeting prep, logistics, and follow-up for advisors
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining suitability documentation
  • Partner with advisors to develop client financial plans and track pipelines

Key Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1–2 years of professional client service or financial services experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
