The Lead Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of vendor invoices and payments. This role manages weekly cash requirements, resolves invoice discrepancies, supports vendor onboarding, and assists with year‑end tax filings. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and committed to strong internal controls and continuous improvement.

- Process and review invoices daily to ensure accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage weekly cash requirements and execute payment runs (ACH/wire/check), coordinating approvals and cut‑off schedules.
- Analyze, research, and resolve invoicing issues (pricing, quantity, PO/receipt variances, tax, terms) in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Review and approve new vendor setups, validating tax information, and confirmation of banking details.
- Prepare and support year‑end tax filings (e.g., Forms 1099/1096), maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, including ad hoc reporting, audit support, and process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Will consider an associate’s degree in related areas, if the candidate has 5 or more years’ experience working as an accounts payable analyst.
- Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word.

The expected salary range for this position is $80,500 - $112,700 per year. This is a U.S. based role. If the successful candidate resides outside of the U.S., relocation will be required.
