Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, a current state license to practice Physical Therapy, and experience in home health or geriatric care is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with electronic medical record systems, and the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule are essential. Advanced certifications in physical therapy specialties and multilingual capabilities are a plus. CPR, BLS, and AHA certifications may be required.
