Salary: $28.65 – $36.05 per hour (based on experience and licensure)
Center for Human Development (CHD) has nearly 50 years of experience serving the community. We prioritize a continuum of care with a holistic, whole‑person view. This location addresses the unique and diverse needs of individuals living at the intersections of poverty, justice involvement, and/or substance use.
Responsibilities- Lead person‑centered treatment planning within an integrated multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with licensed clinicians, nurses, housing specialists, peer/family specialists, direct care, and residential staff to provide evidence‑based services supporting treatment goals.
- Implement and maintain electronic health records.
- Work on‑site and maintain reliable transportation.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or family therapy.
- Licensed or license‑eligible (LICSW, Psychologist Ph.D./Psy.
D., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT). - Current CANS certification preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) individuals are encouraged; pay differential for bilingual skill.
- Thought‑provoking, innovative, and detail‑oriented.
- Strong self‑starter with flexibility and the ability to make a positive impact on the population served.
- Passionate about providing evidence‑based services within a community mental health agency.
