Medical Assistant - Float
RIVER VALLEY COUNSELING CENTER, INC is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to float between all practices as needed. This role performs duties within the scope of a medical assistant, with additional patient flow tasks.
Responsibilities
:
- Escort patients into the clinical area.
- Take vital signs and document them in the patient record.
- Obtain history of the current visit and document information in the patient record.
Requirements
:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program.
- Two years of general experience as a medical assistant in a patient care or clinic environment.
- Must be registered/certified with RMA/AMT, CMA/AAMA, or CCMA/NHA.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
