We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), a highly integrated, forensic-focused program that reduces hospitalizations and incarcerations while promoting recovery and wellness in both community and residential settings.
What You’ll Do
As a Support Specialist, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centered services that promote safety, empowerment, and independence for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing direct services in both community settings and group homes
- Monitoring individuals’ overall health, wellness, and safety
- Supporting independence and decision-making in daily living activities
- Assisting with medication treatment and administration
- Documenting services provided to ensure accountability and compliance
- Delivering crisis intervention when needed to maintain safety and stability

Who You Are
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- At least 6 months of human services experience (preferred)
- Commitment to empowerment, human rights, and community integration (required)
- Current MAP Certification (preferred, training provided by BHN)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, registered, and inspected vehicle for work hours (required)
- Willingness to work with diverse and forensically involved populations
