Critical Incident Responder, Licensed Mental Health Professional - MA
Job Type: Contract
Description: You will provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event. R3 Continuum is seeking diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to serve in Holyoke and surrounding areas in Massachusetts.

Requirements:
- Independent license in the state of Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, Psychologist, Physician – MD or DO)
- Minimum of a master’s degree in mental health
- Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Willingness to complete R3C’s DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training
Salary: $100 – $125 per hour
Additional Info: R3C provides training at no cost if not already obtained.
