Bilingual
In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese – required
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Option of a traditional 5-day or 4-day work week (work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday)

- Full-time salary: $64,000 - $72,000; incentive rate $60 / hour over productivity
- Fee‑for‑service rate: $50 - $70 / hour
