Office Assistant - Primary Care

Our services include adult primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, and walk‑in care—all provided by a team of skilled physicians in convenient office locations.

• Provide administrative support to physicians/providers.
• Greet and assist patients with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
• Collect co‑pays, encounter forms, and any other appropriate fees.
• Schedule follow‑up appointments as needed.
• Accurately input outpatient orders into the Medical Center's Order Entry System.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with third‑party payers.
• Working knowledge of ICD‑10 and HCPCS coding preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a physician's office or a similar healthcare environment preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
