- Leadership:
Provide strong leadership to ensure the highest quality of care and operations within Mary's Meadow. - Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and facility policies. - Staff Management:
Oversee and guide a team of dedicated professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff. - Resident Relations:
Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the community. - Budget Management:
Monitor and manage the facility's budget effectively, ensuring the best use of available resources. - Quality Assurance:
Maintain and enhance the quality of care provided to residents. - Communication:
Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff, as well as to represent Mary's Meadow within the community.
- Massachusetts Administrator License:
You must possess a valid Nursing Home Administrator License in Massachusetts.
