At The Dowd Agencies, headquartered in Holyoke, MA, Commercial Lines Account Managers are the backbone of our client relationships across Massachusetts and Vermont.

We protect clients, manage risk, and deliver consistent, high‑quality service year after year.

You’ll manage a defined book of commercial clients, handling renewals, endorsements, policy changes, certificates, and audits. You’ll partner closely with Producers and internal teams to ensure renewals are thoughtful, timely, and clean—no chaos, no last‑minute fire drills.

You’ll review coverages with a critical eye, spot gaps, and help clients stay properly protected as their businesses evolve. Most importantly, you’ll be the person clients know they can rely on.

• 2–5+ years of Commercial Lines account management experience
• Enjoys structure, clear workflows, and getting the details right
• Communicates professionally and confidently with clients and carriers
• Can manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
• Values teamwork and long‑term client relationships
• Holds a Property & Casualty license (or can obtain one within a year)

Experience with
Applied Epic is a plus, but not required.
