The Production Manager (Group Performance Leader) is responsible for driving the on-time execution of the production schedule, as well as leading the production teams in meeting performance targets. This position leads meetings with support groups to address safety standards, performance, quality, and team development.

This position is based at our Holyoke, MA manufacturing facility.

• Drive daily performance of the production teams on various shifts.
• Manage the Team Performance Leads (TPLs) and production team members emphasizing focus on safety, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily performance and performance KPIs and implement strategies to increase output, reduce costs, and optimize site resources.
• Work with Maintenance to coordinate planned maintenance activities.
• Direct all activities related to operations and production in accordance with Global Supply Chain's business plan and the strategic goals of the Company and business units.
• Coordinate EHS and support monthly safety reviews that include Process Safety Management (PSM) covered processes.
• Support problem solving activities related to safety, quality and performance on the production floor and administer disciplinary action.
• Communicate the Company's and Global Supply Chain's strategic goals and vision for site.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Engineering, Technical, Business, or Operations preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing/operational leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on understanding of industrial equipment and systems.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement Systems;
  Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt+ preferred.
• This role operates in a Process Safety Management (PSM) regulated environment. Prior PSM experience is not required; however, candidates should be comfortable working in compliance-driven settings with strict safety and regulatory standards, and leading monthly safety reviews that include PSM covered processes.
• Leadership experience includes managing direct reports, assigning work, providing coaching and training, writing and delivering performance evaluations, and developing staff development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation.
• Skilled in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, and other analysis tools preferred.

Salary Range: 71,. This range complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
