Since 1938, BHN has been committed to providing high-quality, affordable, and culturally responsive behavioral health care—and we’re looking for an experienced Program Director to lead our Developmental Services Program in Holyoke, MA.

What

You’ll Do

As the Program Director, you’ll provide leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll manage program operations, support staff development, and collaborate with leadership to align resources and goals.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Attend all required meetings including Monthly Clinical, Contract, weekly area-based Staff, Monthly All Supervisor Staff, Human Rights Committee, and Residential Operations meetings as scheduled.
  • Participate in Health Care /Clinical Care Management review and ensure all identified follow-up is completed.
  • May be required to work shifts at sites when needed.
  • Perform On Call duties on the Program Director rotation.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by VP of Residential Services.

Who You Are
  • High School diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in DS Residential Support (required). Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience (required).
  • Experience managing substance use services in an OTP program (preferred).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to client empowerment, human rights, and community integration (required).
Pay

$71,000 - $94,075 per year
