  • Ensure product quality and process consistency by monitoring critical film properties, including thickness variation, tensile strength, elongation, haze, clarity, coefficient of friction (COF), seal strength, and dart impact, implementing root-cause analysis and corrective actions when needed.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies, while supporting equipment upgrades, new line installations, energy efficiency, sustainability, and manufacturing digitalization projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements, leading risk assessments, promoting safe handling of materials and equipment, and maintaining effective SOPs, work instructions, and technical standards.
What do you need to be successful?
