LPN or RN Supervisor 3PM–11PM – Regal Care at Holyoke

3PM-11PM shift, Monday through Friday.

• Supervise nursing staff during evening shift
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality resident care
• Respond to emergencies and support clinical decision‑making
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Act as a resource and leader for staff, residents, and families

• Current LPN or RN license in Massachusetts
• Previous long‑term care or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle on‑call responsibilities as needed
