Registered Nurse; RN; Adolescent Inpatient Behavioral Health - Part Time, Night Shift

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a compassionate healthcare team, providing direct and indirect patient care in behavioral health settings.

• assessing patients' physical and psychological conditions
• collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and document treatment plans
• maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment rooted in core values
• utilizing trauma-informed care and behavioral health treatment modalities
• participating in crisis management, de-escalation, and restraint reduction

• a valid RN license in Massachusetts
• preferably a BSN degree
• knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments
• CPR certification
• experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient care is preferred
