- Provide direct and indirect patient care, collaborating with families and legal guardians.
- Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout care.
- Utilize nursing processes aligned with organizational philosophy, values, and core principles.
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment grounded in core values.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and document treatment plans based on patient strengths and psychiatric needs.
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts required.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments.
- Understanding of Trauma-Informed Recovery model.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient settings, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention preferred.
- Strong crisis and time management skills, flexibility, creativity, and professionalism in stressful situations.
