• Providing direct and indirect patient care to adolescents and adults, assessing physical and psychological conditions continuously.

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments, with experience in crisis intervention, restraint reduction, and de-escalation preferred.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care, CPR certification, and strong crisis and time management skills.
