• Work with a single grocery customer.
• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals; earn wage increases.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Experience in retail, stocking, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active; use handheld scanners/count tools.
• Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Applications encouraged from: no degree needed, no experience or returning to workforce, military experience.
• Access to reliable transportation.

The role requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive hand/wrist motions, frequent squatting, kneeling, crouching, ladder use, lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional car and plane travel with overnight stays.
