. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate
, you'll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They'll be impressed by your product knowledge, customer experience skills, and use of the Force
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards
• Operate the register to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales, using benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixtures, and merchandising mix
• Let your voice be heard! You'll communicate fashion trend information to management and respective HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure appropriate conduct of spells and wizardry around security
• Maintain the stock room and keep the store tidy
• Collaborate as a team to get the job done
• Any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous experience working in a retail environment. If you’re passionate about philanthropy & all things pop culture, you're in the right place!
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product using approved equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay range: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour.

Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but other factors such as education, location, meeting minimum job requirements for the role, training and experience will determine the final salary for potential new hires.
