The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, opening and closing routines, and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. They also lead talent development, from recruiting and training to engagement and development, and are expected to bring their best selves every day.

The starting rate for this position is $21.00 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
