Join in delivering a unique sales experience that meets the evolving needs of customers in wireless. As a Sales Associate, you will support customers and contribute to community efforts through the TCC Gives program.

TCC gives 16 paid volunteer hours/year, the opportunity to submit grant requests up to $10,000 per quarter, and the chance to participate in quarterly community initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive).

• Average Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year

• Passionate customer advocate who assists, advises, and educates customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on value for all customers.
• Conduct calls to customers seeking more information about products and services.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and stay connected through company resources.
• Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Ambitious, self-driven individuals motivated by retail sales milestones.
• Balance customer experience with performance goals.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more.
• Maintain a positive attitude, engage with energy, and contribute equally.

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; ability to work in multiple locations.
• Requires frequent standing; ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% based on business needs.
