Join in delivering a unique sales experience that meets the evolving needs of customers in wireless. As a Sales Associate, you will support customers and contribute to community efforts through the TCC Gives program.
TCC gives 16 paid volunteer hours/year, the opportunity to submit grant requests up to $10,000 per quarter, and the chance to participate in quarterly community initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive).

Benefits- Average Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year

- Passionate customer advocate who assists, advises, and educates customers on wireless products and services.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on value for all customers.
- Conduct calls to customers seeking more information about products and services.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and stay connected through company resources.
- Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Ambitious, self-driven individuals motivated by retail sales milestones.
- Balance customer experience with performance goals.
- Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
- Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more.
- Maintain a positive attitude, engage with energy, and contribute equally.
- At least a high school diploma.
- Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation; ability to work in multiple locations.
- Requires frequent standing; ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% based on business needs.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
