Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is looking for a Delivery Driver to make cannabis deliveries to dispensaries statewide. The Driver will drive safest routes, adhere to schedules, manage inventory, provide excellent customer service, and comply with all state cannabis delivery regulations.

• Execute all deliveries on time, communicating delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensaries.
• Load and unload product efficiently from delivery vehicles.
• Verify items and quantities for delivery.
• Support order fulfillment or other duties when not required to deliver.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks (change tires, check/add fluids).
• Develop positive customer relationships with dispensaries.
• Communicate with order fulfillment and sales departments to resolve delivery issues.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• Effectively manage time and multitask.
• Safely transport cannabis products.
• Follow all rules of the road and keep vehicles clean.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance and issues.
• Complete required paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet).
• Maintain driver logs.
• Understand state regulations on medical cannabis delivery and ensure compliance.
• Report all non‑conformance, delivery rejections, etc. immediately.
• Gather required signatures and other documentation per policy.
• Perform reaching, grasping, bending, stooping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions as required.
• Work and drive in varied elements and maintain focus over long periods.
• Lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds carefully when handling product.
• Daily exposure to allergens such as cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid state .
• Must obtain and maintain state badging requirements, including background check and state review.

• High school diploma or GED (associate’s degree or certifications preferred).
• Ability to work well with others and independently on assigned tasks.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced, changing environments.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Previous cannabis delivery experience not required.

Full‑time position. Seniority level:
Entry level.

Pay Range: $19.50—$20 USD per hour.
