Accounts Assistant Caerwys Salary: £32,000+ Full-time Hybrid & Flexible Working

The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable / Bookkeeper to join a well-established business based in Caerwys on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a busy, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing high volumes of financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• High-volume invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely input
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Managing supplier queries and reconciling supplier statements
• Banking cash and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting with payment runs
• Assisting with month-end processes
• Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
• General bookkeeping duties
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc accounting tasks

About You

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable and/or bookkeeping
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders
• Proactive and organised approach to workload
