Outside IR35 – Rate: £(Apply online only) per day (depending on experience) – Point of Ayr

We are seeking an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor to support construction projects within the oil & gas or renewable energy sector. The role focuses on quantity management, progress measurement, cost control, and subcontractor accountability using project management information systems.

• Maintain and update Bills of Quantities and quantity records
• Monitor construction quantities, progress, manhours, and equipment usage
• Support extra works, dayworks, NPs and CWOs
• Ensure accurate progress statements and subcontractor certification
• Update project management databases and reports
• Support cost forecasting, claims analysis, and risk identification

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in oil & gas or renewables
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
• Experience with construction/quantity management systems

• Outside IR35 contractor role
• Full‑time, site-based
• Point of Ayr
