You will oversee on‑site demolition activities, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with approved methods and UK regulations. Working on a large‑scale industrial decommissioning project, you will supervise subcontractors, enforce RAMS, and maintain high HSE standards across all activities.

• Supervise demolition activities on site
• Ensure compliance with RAMS and safe systems of work
• Monitor subcontractors and enforce HSE standards
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
• Coordinate site activities in line with programme requirements
• Maintain strong safety performance across all demolition operations

• Proven experience as a Demolition Supervisor on UK projects
• Background in demolition, decommissioning, or heavy construction
• Strong knowledge of RAMS, HSE regulations, and site safety
• Experience with in industrial or energy environments preferred
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site operations effectively
• Relevant certifications such as CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS are desirable

• Must be based in the UK
