Facades Pre-Construction Manager​/Assistant

Pre-Construction Manager / Assistant:

Assist with the coordination and management of pre-construction activities from tender through to project commencement.
Prepare and review cost estimates, material take-offs, and procurement schedules.
Support tender submissions, subcontractor enquiries, and supplier quotations.
Coordinate design information, technical documentation, and project programmes.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Monitor project budgets, risks, and timelines to support successful project delivery.
Maintain accurate project records, reports, and contract documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.
Assist with the compliance documents reports for the submissions of upcoming BSR submissions
Assisting with the population of IRS/RFI/Drawing registers
Assisting design team with Façade system queries/technical questions with system providers
Time to time minute taking in project specific design / progress meetings
General support to current pre-construction team

Key Skills &

Competencies:

understanding of pre-construction activities (preferred)
Ability to interpret architectural/construction drawings (preferred)
Experience in completing material take offs (preferred)
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Excellent record of record keeping
Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point
Confident with liaising with management/designers/project managers
Attention to detail when reviewing documents
Understanding of CDM/CWCT/Façade standards (preferred)
