A forward-thinking primary school in Watford is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. You’ll play a key role in helping children build confidence, self-regulation, and engagement in learning.
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted behaviour support in 1:1 and small group settings
Implement and track individual behaviour plans
Collaborate with teaching staff, support staff, and parents
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback
Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment
We’re Looking For:
Experience in behaviour mentoring or similar roles
Patient, proactive, and empathetic approach
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Commitment to supporting pupil progress
