Individualised Support:
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their goals.
Organised Classroom Management:
Efficiently manage classroom resources to ensure smooth lesson delivery and maximise engagement.
Clear Communication:
Maintain open communication with students, teachers, and school staff to ensure seamless support and information flow.
Adaptability:
Adjust to different schools and teaching environments to provide the best possible education for each student.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (essential)
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) preferred but not essential
Experience teaching secondary school-aged children
Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, changing school environment
Valid DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work on short notice and travel across Watford for assignments
